Food and Tunes collaborated with Leamington Spa’s finest café, Trof, to host two evenings of the finest food and tunes, and some brilliant wines.
The ‘Settle in’ supper club was conceived between myself and longtime friend/chef Steve Browell. It was a roaring success across two days of non-stop prepping and service, in Leamington Spa.
Spiced and roasted cauliflower, saffron bechamel, crispy leaves, coriander oil
Chicken & mushroom croquettes, taragon mayonaise
Fondant celeriac, apple purée, pickled apple
Ox cheek braised in smoked garlic, truffled mash, artichoke rosti
Parsnip & artichoke gnocchi, wild mushrooms, herb butter sauce
Lemon tart, beetroot ice cream, pistachio & ginger crumb
